  : The beds were very uncomfortable. They also were not locked into place almost causing me to fall when I leaned on it. The sheets were wash worn. Making it extremely hard to turn over in bed because they stuck to your clothing. The bathroom was not completely clean. Hair on the wall and in the tub. There were no paper towels or Kleenex.

  : Condo was very spacious and kitchen was stocked. Huge balcony and great location.
  : Condo was very dated and dirty. Couch looked like it was from the 80's. My daughter had to help me up when I sat on it because it just sank down and the bed section was so flat and it was ripped with the springs showing, no way anyone could have slept on that.. Had to buy a air freshener to put in kitchen because of some strange smell. Faucet leaked constantly in the bathroom. Water pressure was horrible to the shower and it ran very hot or very cold. The wifi kept disconnecting. We had to use our data the whole time we was there. The elevator was out 4 of the 6 day's we were there. My husband and daughter had to lug our luggage down 5 flights of stairs when we checked out. We never even seen anyone trying to work on it after the first day. I must say the first day the elevator was out because someone hit the power pole, no fault of Riverplace. If you had a disability and was unable to climb steps then you either stayed in your room or stayed somewhere else and took a loss. We have stayed in many condos over the year's and I've never seen anything close to this. We will NEVER return.
