  : It was very clean and in a perfect location! The two beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable. Loved the shower in the master bath.
  : Hot water ran out fairly quickly and with 6 ppl it made things a little difficult. There were no pillow cases for the spare pillows for the pull out sofa and the blanket was very scratchy for the pull out as well. My kids used their own blankets due to this. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom would not turn on.

  : The location was good
  : The place was filthy! Food and drink splatter all over the kitchen wall where trash can and dining area is. Stove had dried food, dirt, and dust on it. Kitchen cabinets had food splattered on them. Baseboards were filthy, blinds were filthy, rug in guest bedroom was disgusting, and behind the beds dust and dirt was caked on. Window seals had dead bugs and dust on them. Couldn't find the remote, which ended up being under the bed. Didn't really matter...the TV only worked some of the time because the signal was terrible. The light in the master bedroom wouldn't come on. They told us we just weren't finding the right switch, Lol! The room also smelled like cigarettes and it was non- smoking. We called upon checking in, and the lady we talked to was so rude! She told us if we didn't like it we could find somewhere else. Okay...ridiculous! I really hate leaving a bad review, but we were extremely disappointed and it shouldn't be overlooked.

  : Location was great. Maintenance man (M/man) was polite & resolved issues quickly..
  : A/C acted up.TV remotes didn't work.There should be instructions on how to reprogram TV remotes. M/man did it to fix our remote issue in living room. Unable to reprogram remote in bdrm w/ Q-size bed Refused to call M/man again as he had to leave VBS the first time to come help us

  : great location, you can use a back road and miss a lot of the traffic on the parkway. close to everything. short drive to Dollywood. You could see the Dollywood fireworks from our balcony.
  : there are too many geese around the property you can't enjoy the river area because of them. there was over 4 dozen geese.
