  : The lobby was cool. The heater worked well.
  : First of the carpet was filthy. The shower , while interesting , was very uncomfortable underfoot. There was no ledge or shelf or anything to place soap or shampoo or anything. The blinds did not cover the windows but about 80% leaving 20% open to view exactly opposite the bathroom. The TV was small and picture was horrible. Wifi was weak. My tire was punctured by a 1/4" screw in the sidewall when I went to leave and had a flat that required professional repair. The lady who checked me in was airheaded and unknowledgeable and had to keep calling her boss. It was equal or lower in quality to an unrevamped motel 6 and at 106 dollars a night it was a poor value. The only thing " boutique" about the place was the lobby. The rooms appear to be furnished by Goodwill or St Vincent De Paul. The neighborhood is such that if you can leave the property without being approached for pills, meth, money or an offer of prostitution you faired much better than I did. Would I recommend this property to someone else?? Absolutely not!I wish I had never spent one dollar on this travesty.

  : The place is listed as a boutique but is a simple comfort inn with a slick name. Not worth what it cost. NO HAIR dryer, micowave didnt work. No exta towels
