  : Good location in a reasonable walking distance from most major attractions. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were larger than expected. The rates were very cheap for a downtown hotel, yet the quality did not suffer. Excellent value.
  : The pool was closed for repairs while we visited, which is unfortunate because the pool was a major factor in choosing this hotel. The wi-fi is slow and unreliable, though it's probably good enough if your job doesn't rely on heavy internet use.

  : The hotel was in an excellent location and it was easy to get out and about in downtown Philadelphia. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was a very large queen size room and was well equipped. A plentiful breakfast was served every morning over quite a few hours and there was plenty of space to sit down. I will definitely return to stay here in the future.

  : Was in a good area to be close to most main attractions in Philadelphia. Room was clean and for the most part quiet. The staff were pleasant.
  : The parking garage is shared with the public which makes it kind of worrisome about the safety of the car and caused confusion with the regular parking staff. Hotel has a lot of guest since it’s in the heart of Philadelphia but the breakfast supply could not keep up with the volume of people coming for breakfast. Went down for breakfast an hour after it started and there was already no bread, and barely any bagels left. The juice machine was also out of order and they offered no kind of replacement (not even water). I’ve stood at other holiday inns and this has never been an issue at other locations. The pool was also under construction and no where on booking.com did it state that the pool was not in use for the summer which was a huge let down!
