  : First room we were assigned to was not made up. Had to go down to check in and get another room which involved waiting from the end of the line all over again. First full day, we left the room at 8:00 am and didn’t return until 2:30. Room was not made up. Ran into a housekeeper in the hallway who was making up rooms and asked if she could do our room next. She told me our room wasn’t her job and she had no idea where the person assigned to clean our room was or when they would arrive. Called front desk and they said they would take care of it immediately. An hour and a half later, housekeeping showed up. The person could not give me any idea of how long it takes to “clean” the room I.e. make bed, place new towels, empty trash. If you need more than 2 bath towels, you will have to request them and wait until housekeeping comes. Could be a day. Never had the bar of soap replaced during a 5 day stay. The hvac fan was clearly dirty. Full of hair and dust. No fire prevention sprinkler system in room and no smoke detector in the room. This is an old downtown building that has been refurbished. These safety systems are required.

  : Room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel is well located downtown, with ample parking located across the street.
  : While our room was looking great, the hotel itself seems to show some wear. The room layout is a bit odd with the TV being on a wall that is on the side of the bed.

  : It would hae been great to have a welcome packet in the room for the local hotels/shopping areas. I know everything is on the phone nowadays but a brochure in the room is also great.

  : Love the location and the rooms are always very spacious for being in the middle of the city
  : Let me preface this by saying. We love the Cambria and have stayed a few times without an issue. This time Our room was dirty we stayed in 508. Black stains on the sheets, mirror was filthy with drips, the shower dispenser had conditioner exploded on it. I tried to reach out to Cambria internally with no response and normally I wouldn’t say anything but at these costs there is no excuse.

  : The hotel is clean, well located and the staff are pleasant. The beds are very comfortable.
  : We had extremely noisy people (partying) in the corridors at night (after midnight) and we were woken up by our room neighbors who were extremely noisy. We don’t know if it was the same people. The room was poorly insulated.
