A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. This does not apply to non-refundable rates.

Air conditioning is available during the summer months at the hotel's discretion.

Check-in will take place at the nearby Active Hotel (at nearby Parc Hotel during winter season).

Final cleaning, towels, and linen are included (you have to prepare beds, as they are not made at arrival), daily cleaning is not included, available extra charge on request.

Please note that kitchen linen is not provided. The kitchenette must be left clean, or an additional cleaning fee applies. Please note that Entertainment Program and mini club are available in July & August.
