  : The rooms were spacious, and plenty of charging sockets! The rooms had a kettle for tea, and robes and towels were provided. The hotel was quiet, and the breakfast was varied and tasty. The free shuttlebus bus was a fantastic addition as it meant we could easily access the town without worrying about location being outside of the town. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. It was fine for our stay, we were out all day anyway so only used it for sleep and breakfast, and a few drinks at night before bed.
  : There were dead (and living!) bugs in our rooms and around the pool which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. The windowsills were dusty. The beds were very uncomfortable, to the point where I was waking up with a sore back from it. The indoor pool was also unmanned which I felt was dangerous considering a lifeguard or other staff member should really be present and monitoring swimmers. The hotel is quite dated, and has an 80's summer-camp vibe to it. WiFi does not reach the rooms.

  : The room was nice and clean. The restaurant at Active Hotel is very delicious. The whole hotel complex is very big and offers lots of things to do (ideal for families I guess). There are different accommodations on the premises (apartments, Parc Hotel), Active Hotel is just one of those. I was there for a conference.
  : Free WIFI did not work! They offer a paid wifi in addition, which i did not try. No direct check-in at Active Hotel --> had to go to main reception of the hotel complex (10 min walk) and then back to get the keys for my room. Staff at info point at Active Hotel did not speak much English or German (but at main reception they do).

  : The hotel and grounds were immaculate. Staff freindly and helpful. Pools were great. Quiet and spotless. The shuttle service was very punctual with pleasant drivers. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices and quality.
  : Disappointing you can't walk into Peschiera safely. A bridge over the river to join the cycle track would be great! No shuttle bus at 19.00 hours which a lot of people would prefer to go out for evening meal in town. Needs a proper mini market on site for essentials.

  : The location, the room size, the cleanliness, the landscape, the breakfast was complete, the shuttle bus for Peschiera, the services like the pool and the spa.
  : The fact that noone knew where our room was. We arrived at 11,30 PM on Monday, we entered our room at 00,45 AM!The receptionist didn't know where our room was located.He told us just that should have been in the Active Hotel, but the structure is so vast that you need the car to go from reception to the specific buildings.We went to the supposed building (Active Hotel) - and already the gate neither is well signaled nor you know how to open it to enter the park with your car, but we found it.When arrived at the Active Hotel there was no reception at all and we only found the security guard. The guard told us thaf the room wasn't in that building, but apparently both the central receptionist and the security guard were working there for just one month: neither one of them knew where our room was! Unbelievable...We lost 45 minutes just going around the buildings with no lights and no signs at all, at midnight, after 5 hours of driving!(I was going crazy, but the guard, was so kind that I held back. Also he was doing something that wasnt in his responsibilities).Furthermore, we called the receptionist again, and apparently he didn't know where the room was because he isn't allowed to go around the structure, but that reception serves all the structure, Active Hotel included... This is crazy.At the end, who helped us was another security guard the guard we talked to called, and via telephone guided us to the building, that apparently was behind the main Active Hotel building, and to go there there was NO LIGHT at all, and NO SIGNAL! This is unacceptable.Finally, the day after, no one called us to apologise for loosing 1 hour and 15 minutes till almost 1 AM in the night, to find our room.I gave 6 stars out of 10, just because the rest of the services were pretty good.Just one more little thing: in the spa the Turkish bath was turned off during the afternoon when we've gone there.

  : Ideal place for a get away. I came to have a golf stint and the hotel was right at the golf place.
  : There is a main reception where the check-in and administrative stuff are done. I provided ID for the check-in and was directed to the area where our room will be. The Active Golf Hotel. There are several other buildings and villas.As I went to the reception in the area where my room will be, it took me 3 hours coming back and forth after inquiring if the room is ready and hoping that we could get into our room, to realize that the room key has to be provided from the reception and not in the place where you have the room.It was frustrating.The main reception need to explain their procedure to their client and make sure that everything that they need are provided to access the room.

  : no wifi in rooms in 2023 is not acceptable, if known before I wouldnt have booked this hotel
