  : The staff was friendly and professional and tried to suit us as they could. While we could not cancel our second night they offered us another room that was very nice and that we enjoyed. They also gave good recommendations for restaurants and places to see. The beach right outside the hotel is very nice, though a bit too locked-in by other buildings. The sunrise from the roof terrasse is also beautiful.
  : The room we booked was not to our expectations. There was sea view, but it wasn't really frontal, the frontal view from the room was another hotel still under construction, the sea to the right. The hotel is enclosed between other buildings which gives it a bit of a feeling of confinement. The roof terrasse that was one of the reasons we booked was not open for breakfast with the justification of Covid (while restaurants both in and outside hotels were almost all open at this time in Crete). We could not change our booking either. I did not sleep the second night because of mosquitoes although windows were closed.

  : It is a small hotel in the edge of the town. A perfect location to explore Crete, many sights are the Western part of the island. The staff is super friendly and nice, they are always ready to help whether it is later check-in/early check-out, keeping up with the local news (it is super important when new regulations coming in the time of COVID) or feel free to ask them when you need some restaurant advice or printing boarding passes. There were some cancellations therefore we were offered and upgrade from our family room up to 2 apartments attached with the balcony and seaview which we highly appreciated. Very clean hotel, great air conditioning and the beach is literally starting from your backyard. It is easy to step out to the sea even just for a short dip anyime. After you discovered everything planned in the surroundings, the closebyness of the beach is really handy as it gives you the perfec sport to just relax and enjoy the always sunny weather. Free parking in the streets. There are some small shops around in a 2 mins walk if you want to buy fruits, water, hats, swimming matrass. In its own category it deserves a 5 start rating. I would stay here again and recommend to others to choose it as their place.

  : The staff was very kind and helpful. Spectacular location, front beach. Bus stop to Chania very close.
  : Room was at the first floor. The Kalamaki restaurant was very bad but the one in the hotel nextdoor was awesome.

  : This place really surprised me. Location right on the beach and close to many restaurants and coffee. Apartment with 2 WC, ceiling fan, AC and 2 balconies. Great view of the beach. Quiet. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it's perfect. Very clean and nicely decorated. Staff comes everyday to clean. It also has a small pool, very clean too. Joseph is so nice and always available. Totally recommend.

  : It was a very small pool, But not a very Big deal because the Beach was right next to.
