: The elevator wasnt working. And we were told it had been out of order for weeks prior to our arrival. I am having my a fourth back surgery soon and was unable to climb 3 flights of stairs. It was not good

: The place was awesome
: The only draw back was the rain all most every day and you can not help that but for the 1500 dollars I paid it would have been nice if I could have parked under the building for that codo instead of parking out front and had to wade 6 inches of water. Even at that we had an awesome time.

: Neighbors were very friendly,property was cleaner than most
: Drain fly issue, no GFI outlets in kitchen counter area, after 10 days we found the bed to be hard on the back but that could be a personal preference issue
