  : Kitchen was very stocked and functional. Due to COVID, we cooked most meals and had all required pans, cookware, baking items, core spices, utensils, etc. The fridge was more than full size, which let us store a full week of groceries for 2 families with no issue.
  : Nothing negative of much consequence. There was ample seating between the living and dining rooms. The dining table seated 8. All beds were comfy. A minor item was that the bike tires were low or chained up (other than 1 bike) under the clubhouse, so we played shuffleboard instead and the oldsters got a chance to kick the butts of the upstart 20 somethings - HA! :). Wifi was strong generally, though it slowed down when we had 4 folks on at once (for a short period).

  : Nice area and comfortable condo or a part of 6.
  : Condo was a little cluttered and did find two large live roaches(which was very unpleasant).

  : The place was spotlessly clean. Looked exactly like the pictures. Plenty of household items to use. Plenty of room for 7 people. The maintenance guy "Joe" was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was one of the biggest I've seen on the island (we've stayed on santa rosa numerous times). Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
  : I can't think of anything I didn't like.

  : So spacious! Perfect for our family- everyone had their own space and also plenty of room to hang out together! Beds were super comfy- we all slept great all week- which is often a problem for me in hotels/rentals. The location was great- very easy access to the beach and the trolley stop, and the huge pool was a hit with all of us when we needed a break from the sand.
  : The unit could have been a little cleaner. Nothing terrible (beds and linens were very clean which is most important!), but that is definitely one thing that could be improved upon. Some dust, moisture issues in the bathroom, and the kitchen cabinet fronts needed a good scrub (my mother-in-law and I actually wiped them down a bit ourselves just because it was bugging us!). Little things, really, that would enhance the beauty of this great unit!

  : The place was very comfortable and spacious for a family of 6. The best thing was that the beach was across the street, walking distance. I would recommend this place to anyone.
  : The stay was great but the bedding was a little dirty. The owner of the property handle d it very quickly and she came personally to give clean blankets.
