WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Please inform HI Hostel Jugendherberge Passau in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please note that in order to stay at this hostel, guests need to be a member of the DJH (German Youth Hostel Association) or HI (Hostelling International). Membership cards can be purchased at reception on arrival.

Annual membership costs for guests living in Germany are as follows:
EUR 7 for guests up to the age of 26 (from 01 June on EUR 3.50)
EUR 22.50 for families or guests aged 27 and over (from 01 June on EUR 11.25)

Membership fees for international guests (place of residence is not Germany):
EUR 3.50 per person/night (max. 6 nights)
alternatively EUR 18.00 for one year.

Breakfast is included in the price.

Please also note that check-in after 21:30 is not possible.
