  : The room was small. Kettle was broken and allowed steam to escape . No tea or coffee provided.Air conditioning was located above the wardrobe and dripped onto the floor,causing a very large puddle of water.Would not recommend

  : Staff was very helpful and friendly. Check-in was a breeze. Very close to many good restaurants. Short walk to metro stations. Studio is quite spacious. And the sofa bed can be easily set up.

  : Breakfast was not included at this property. There was a Nespresso machine in the room, but for the 2 of us, 4 ights, only 2 pods were available. No milk or other option was available. The property was in a good location with a lot of the main attractions within walking distance, or trains and buses were also handily available if preferred. The property had a small lift, which was brilliant not having to carry luggage up the few flights of stairs. The room and bathroom were quite small for 2 adults, but charmingly Parisian and fine for the amount of time we spent there.
  : No kettle to make a cup of tea. That would have been brilliant. The air-conditioning unit leaked leaving a big puddle of water on the floor. It was reported and the very nice man was apologetic, but unable to get fixed before our time to leave. It was too hot in the room to not not use it though, as such we ended up with substantially wet floor.

  : The location was fantastic. Walking distance to the Louvre.
  : The Wi-Fi was slightly patchy. There was also a lot of noise from the street below.

  : The location was great, room was clean.
  : Had serious issues with the air conditioning - even in just 26 degree heat it was unbearably stuffy in the room, the remote had been removed from the room and only returned after many many messages left unanswered. Unit then leaked everywhere. Room was very noisy next to elevator early in the mornings. Overall was disappointing and sadly wouldnt stay again despite good location.

  : The apartment was ideal - very comfortable, very clean and modern. We had a TV and WiFi for the brief amount of time we were in the room, which was good. Apartment was well kitted out, had everything we needed for our short stay. Our host Alex was very helpful and happily accommodated our flights late arrival and our airport transfer failing to collect us!
  : Only criticism is that it was a little difficult to find and the sign for how to check in was only in French. Im being fussy though, after all I was in France! Perhaps a suitcase rack and drawers would be good, but appreciate space is at a premium.
