  : I really liked the interior of the hotel. The room was a good size for Paris with a really comfortable bed and modern design. The room had everything you need. Nice touches to have a Nespresso machine and complementary water and lovely L'Occitane toiletries in the room and free water and pastries in Reception. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The proximity to the Opera area and other places such as the Louvre etc was perfect.
  : I would not recommend for a solo female traveller unfortunately due to the following safety concerns:1. Access to hotel - Main door not locked at night so anyone can walk in and go straight up to the rooms. No one checked my key card at any point when I entered the hotel. This made me feel unsafe.2. Street outside doesn't feel safe - Access to hotel is via a small, concealed side road which is dark at night. This meant I did not feel safe walking back to the hotel at night alone. There sadly was a man sleeping on this side road every night I was there and during the day he was shouting at people as they went past. This is not the fault of the hotel or of the man but it impacted my feeling of safety. My room overlooked this side road and it was quite loud throughout the night with groups of people hanging around in the street until the early hours of the morning. It would be intimidating to walk past so after the first night I did not go out at night. The noise also meant I could not sleep until late and only with earplugs.3. Reception desk is not staffed 24/7 - when I returned late at night and needed help due to my room key being pickpocketed there was no one on Reception. I had been calling the hotel for 30mins walking back to the hotel to ask for another key card but no answer. I sat inside the reception for another 15mins waiting and worrying that I would have to send all night in Reception (with no lock on front door). Finally the Security Guard came. It turned out he was outside having a cigarette (but it was not clear to me he worked at the hotel as he did not acknowledge me when I walked past him into the hotel). He was however apologetic and I appreciate he is entitled to a break but should have the hotel phone with him and should acknowledge guests and check cards when they enter the hotel.

  : Nice boutique hotel, seems to be recently refurbished, and the room was decent sized given central location. Staff friendly and assisted with early check in. Breakfast was ok.
  : The hotel sits inside a courtyard with multiple hotels (the others seem considerably more run down) and access into the courtyard is via a narrow gate, so larger cars might struggle to get in.

  : I had a bad experience here. But it was good about the way the manager handled it afterwards.And very thoughtful room service. The bed was tidy, and gave me some makeup remover after seeing the cosmetics I left in the room.
  : Take care of the lift and don't keep people in it for another hour.

  : Location! Close to some amazing bars, restaurants and shops. Walking distance from some of the points of interest. Love the staff and the cleanliness ! Always had clean towels and sheets and coffee and water are constantly stocked and for free :)
  : The toilet was directly in front of the bathroom door which made accessing it and maneuvering around it a little challenging! Also the hotel itself gets noisy super early in the morning (internal noise not external)
