  : really bad experience! so complicated to get the keys and the codes. the bed were dirty, one room full of mold. they didnt know were i had the keys. what a bad place

  : there is mold on the wallsafter 22:00 we were playing boardgames and i received ONLY ONE call that it is 2 strike and the security guy will come and kick us out after third one - it has never happend to me in other hotels

  : location and very helpful service staff
  : table fan is broken and basin water flow is slow however , the fan was replaced and I took my own initiative to clear out the hair gathered and stuck underneath the basin

  : The location. The area the property in is lovely, has great restaurants and shops and close enough to major tourist attractions and public transport.
  : The property wasnt very clean, there were ants, the beds were very uncomfortable. The bedsheets were stained and dirty, we asked for new bedding to be provided straight away which it wasnt. When the bedding and towels were changed, only 2 of the 3 beds were changed and made. There was only one cushion on the double bed. The iron was broke on arrival, there was no communication as to whether a new iron would be provided. There was black mould in the bathroom, the shower screen was dirty and mouldy, the place was very dusty. The towels and bedding smelled of damp and the floor was also dirty.
