  : The location is very nice and convenient. Close to everything. Walmart is just 2 blocks away. Also the wonderworks and ripleys believe it or not is about 10 minutes walk. Not crowded and very private. I love it. I would like to mention Cerisa the receptionist in long beach resort at that moment. She was the one who accomodate our luggage. Coz we arrive early in the property and our check in time is still 6 hours away. She was very polite and nice to us. Thumbs up for her exemplary work ethic.
  : The cleanliness of the plates and the kitchen equipments are so so. Some risidues are in there. We have to wash it again.

  : Online reservations and communication prior to arrival was great. Follow up the morning after check in to make sure we were happy with everything was appreciated. Unit was clean and comfortable.
  : Panels in the vertical blinds were missing or broken when we arrived. Maintenance did replace the missing panels.

  : It was a corner of the building, so no sun till afternoon hrs. No Stove toaster,or even a hair dryer for my hair I have stayed at long beach other years and had a better stay and veiw.
