  : Beds slept very well and we had lots of room in the condo
  : Slow elevators, no direct parking garage access to the 7th floor, couches in the living room are very uncomfortable.

  : I did not have Internet the entire stay! Somebodys hair was left on the nightstand which was disgusting the pillows were thin. I was under the impression I will get a room facing the beach based off pictures but didnt. I had to put a maintenance request

  : Pubic hair on the wall in the bathroom, cut finger and or toe nails on the couch, really uncomfortable mattress.

  : Beautiful facility - mostly quiet. Great views. Nice variety of pools. Light show was a nice treat. Walking distance to the beach and Pineapple Willy's.
  : Impersonal check in process. Since we booked through a 3rd party, the people at the front desk have nothing to do with you, they will only direct you where to pay for wristbands. Any help needed is through a phone call to someone who is not even local. We had requested early check in as our flight arrived at 10:30 am - never received a response. Had to wait until exactly 4 pm even though we knew the place had already been cleaned (we had seen the person there cleaning much earlier when we walked up to see where we would be staying). When the clock finally struck 4 pm, the code we were provided didn't work.

  : Our stay was very enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for us all to lounge around when we weren't enjoying 1 of the condo's 5 pools or the beach. The kitchen has all the dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and appliances you will need. The beds are made and there are towels and washcloths in the bathrooms. The washer and dryer made things very convenient for me. We loved it and we will be back!
