  : You could hear the upstairs neighbours walking around at 1.30am and early in the morning. Hard to sleep from if youre a light sleeper. If you expect to use the kitchen, be aware that its a rental place and not a fully equipped kitchen.

  : I had a disappointing experience at Remolars 3 Townhouse in Palma. I rented this apartment for just one night in late August. Initially, communication with the host, Julieta, was promising. However, upon arrival, we were greeted with an unclean apartment. The bedclothes were stained, and worst of all, the floor was covered in hair, as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I've attached a photo as evidence.I promptly brought these issues to Julieta's attention, and her solution was to offer to clean the apartment the next day. This wasn't helpful for us as we were only staying one night, and the next day we were checking out. We expected a clean and comfortable space for the high price of 293 euros for a single night.Disappointingly, despite numerous requests, Julieta kept promising that the administration would process a refund, but it's been a full month since our trip, and I have yet to receive any reimbursement. To make matters worse, Julieta has stopped responding to my messages.In summary, I strongly discourage anyone from considering Remolars 3 Townhouse for accommodation in Palma if you expect a pleasant stay. The lack of cleanliness and the host's unfulfilled promises make it an unsuitable choice for your trip.

  : Not as clean as we would have liked, overall the apartment felt unloved with several small maintenance issues such as the wardrobe doors being very stiff.

  : The apartment is located in an excellent position.
  : After a long journey I would have liked to arrive at the apartment, relax for a moment, drinking a coffee, but instead I had to wait in front of the entrance to the building, in the wind and without shelter. After 40 minutes he sent me the code to access the building where there was a very narrow and uncomfortable staircase with steps up to the 3rd floor. Once I entered the apartment I found nothing, neither coffee nor a bottle of water, the minibar was completely empty, no biscuits as written in the description, glasses and dishes completely dirty, no sponge for cleaning, the sponge present was used with a lot of hair stuck both on the sponge and on the sleeping pillow (I'm bald). After reporting the situation they only left me some clean sponges in front of the door. During the first night we had rain and the glass part of the roof was not covered so it was impossible to sleep due to the noise of the water hitting the glass. The following day rain started coming in from the roof, wetting the entire floor (video made and sent). Attention and care for the customer equal to 0. The most stressful business trip I have ever been on. I do not recommend the structure!
