  : We booked the largest room for extra fee and it was very spacious and clean. Right on the main Passeo in Palma above a bar that served us a good breakfast.
  : This is not a hotel as we know it. Basically its a set of rooms above a nice bar with no facilities or staff on site. If all goes well that may not be a problem but checking in and out was not straightforward and there was never anybody at the small reception booth. We experienced a loss of belongings and trying to deal with that was not easy. The bar staff were very helpful but they tend to stand in for expected hotel staff but were understandably run off their feet with customers in the bar. There is no obvious security throughout the building and bar customers used the 1st floor toilets which were next to the lift. The only security was your fob for your own room. Furniture in our suite was in need of some refurbishment. Overpriced for this room when there are so many other lovely hotels in Palma going at the same rate

  : The only positive thing about this hotel was the location.
  : When we first arrived we had to wait 30 minutes to check in, even through check in was between 3-6 pm and we arrived at 4:30. Not the best start with a 1 year old who was tired and we desperately needed the room, but ok. We were offered a free coffee in the restaurant which we accepted, only to find a very dirty restaurant with a dead cockroach on the floor.. Not the best start to our stay. When we finally got to our room the floors were very dirty and had not been cleaned, and with a 1 year old constantly at the floor it needed to be fixed asap. After 3 hours it still hadnt been cleaned, so we found a bucket and a mop and cleaned it ourselves. The AC in one of the bedrooms did not work - so we all had to sleep in the other bedroom where we suspect that the linens werent changed as they smelled bad.. If youre travelling with a baby/toddler and are bringing a stroller - be aware that you can not reach all rooms with the elevator, as was the case for us. Extremely inconvinient. We were told by the management that we would get a full refund - but they stopped replying us and the refund has not taken place. Im starting to think this place has a lot of fake reviews. Book something else for this amount of money!
