  : The size of the bedroom was good as were all the many facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
  : The buffet food in the restaurant could have been labelled for allergies / vegetarian / vegan / Gluten Free. It was frustrating having to ask every evening what I could eat (I was not alone). This would not have been too onerous as the food was pretty much the same every evening. Also, I asked for a quiet room on the top floor not realising there were two rooftop pools with sunbeds/tables and chairs that were dragged every morning for cleaning at 06.45. There was also a live DJ on the rooftop until midnight (drinkers going on beyond this time) so the 7th floor is definitely not for light sleepers. I also felt it was unnecessary to have music playing in every communal area (even at the pool) therefore no space for peace and quiet apart from your bedroom (but not in my case!). There were 5 pools at the hotel in total, it would have been nice if at least one of these could be child free.

  : Very clean, beautiful design. Room small but well appointed. Delicious and healthy breakfast with a wide selection of food. Friendly, helpful staff

  : The hotel is by no means a 5*. We had to carry our own suitcases. At the reception, only one girl knows how to work with clients. Breakfasts are not bad, but only not bad, it is clear that the team does what they can with what they have. No welcome cocktails or fruit. In the bar, we were not given nuts (!) for the cocktail. The waitress said "well, it's only in the evening". And we were forced to buy a terrible mixture of salted corn kernels. There are no showers by the pool (?). That is, if a person comes from the beach, where there is also no shower, they have no place to wash off the sand. Only one of the two elevators was working. I am glad that we were there only two days out of our week-long vacation. Otherwise, the vacation would have been hopelessly ruined.
