  : The hotel was really nice and clean, the staff were nice, we liked the evening shows.
  : Overpriced in general but I accepted that, considering that we were there in main season.There were 2 things which didn't meet with our expectation:1, Parking and airport transfer. In a five start hotel, either the guaranteed parking or your own airport shuttle should be in place. When we arrived with our rented car, we could only park it 500 meters away. The last day we waited 35 minutes to the taxi, asked 3 times (the reception lady was nice, but she could not do anything with our non-arriving taxi.)2, Gluten free food. In the restaurant the food quality was really good, but 30% of the dishes simply didnt have any card, with the name and allergens of the food. During the first 2 days I keep chasing someone in the restaurant who speaks english and can help me to got gluten free bread. Usually first I could ask a nice trainee-waiter, then he/she asked a normal waiter, then the waiter asked the chef...then I waited and waited and after approx 20 min I got some bread. In the meantime my family practically finished the breakfast/dinner. Same story about asking no-name dishes about the allergens. It was plenty of time till they found someone who know what is the food and what is in it. Till the 3rd day, I honestly gave up. Bought gluten free bread and take it with me to the restaurant. Its not really acceptable, when I pay 3300 EUR for 4 days staying, right? Plus, I told you in advance about my gluten free request (scroll up in this conversation)In the 5th morning - our last breakfast there (..I talked to many this and that type of waiters and manager to explain the gluten story in the meantime...) finally a gluten-free bread corner appeared in one of the table. All in all, I'm asking for a partial refund from you, please calculate my food portion and refund it. The food of my husband and son was great, no refund for that part, only my food part please.   : Good enough location but there are 50 other hotels with a similar location
  : It’s not really a “resort” it’s a super white hotel with 2 restaurants and 2 pools how is that 5*?

  : Location was great, breakfast was perfect, the staff were fabulous
  : The only reason I did not give a 10 was because the room was too hot, the aircon did not seem to work well in the hotel. Besides that everything was fantastic

  : It was too hot, not enough air con, the room was hot which made sleeping and getting ready to go uncomfortable.

  : They charged us twice for some of the entrees from their restaurant. They did issue the credit once I pointed it out to them.
