: The room itself was comfortable and spacious. Air con was welcome and the block out shutter blocked out the light really well. Staff seemed very nice and were responsive over text (they are not based on site but nearby at other locations) and were very nice at check in - carrying bags up for us etc. The location is fantastic and overall I think it's a good value option for Palermo as long as you're not a light sleeper!
: Noise from the machinery above the supermarket (directly outside the bedroom window) made it difficult to sleep. The walls were also very thin, so we could hear other guests talking, snoring, coughing ...

: - super friendly stuff who gave lots of information about the city and answered our questions - location (close to everywhere yet not in the busy/loud spot - a supermarket right at the door - lift - the room was lacking some utensils like plates but we were given them when we asked (so if you think you'll need a corkscrew for wine bought at the market, remember to ask for it :) )
: - when other guests were passing/talking in the hall you could hear them very well (but it didn't bother us)

: Perfect accomodation for a traveler alone in Palermo: few steps from the center and the old city, from streets with typical restaurants and kiosk/restaurant selling street food. The zone where the B&B is located is quiet but also near to some night bars. It's also a stone's throw away from the turist port and Via Vittorio Emanuele II which leads you to most important artistic attractions of the city.Rooms are bright, confortable, clean and wide enough for two persons. They are arranged in a modern style but with some typical sicilian decoration elements. You can choose solutions with bathroom inside or outside the room: anyway you share the bathroom at most with another room.Personel is kind, you can contact them for any need.A very good choice

: Stayed here a couples of days before flying home from Palermo. Perfect location and a nice room. The surrounding streets are bursting with restaurants, bars and cafe's. We never actually met the host or the staff but everything worked out smoothly and information was clear. All our questions were answered quickly on WhatsApp. Highly recommended
