  : The location is good and they have really good soundproof window so you can't hear any noise coming from the road
  : We had problems from the beginning on booking.com it said Monday to Saturday check in until 20:00 and instead Palazzo Gallo said they do check in until 18 on Saturday, I offered them even to gived them extra money as we were going to arrive at 19 they said no so we managed to change the dates and got a refund back but not all of it and we had to book another place to stay for the first night. Then they said the check in was from 11 until 13 the next day and I explained to them that I had a tour guide booked for 11 and asked to do earlier check in they first said they were gone do their best but at the end fortunately the room was ready by 9:30 we were given a room that after few minutes we started smelling really bad smell of gas ,I made them aware but my throat was really bad because of the smell and I told them I couldn't stay in that apartment they said it was just normal the smell of gas as the boiler is near the window and I know that is not true they agreed to change us the apartment and moved us to another apartment that had the boiler outside, the apartment was big and didn't smell of gas. They say is a luxury resort but for me is not the furniture in the apartment are old style the same with the tiles, it would need a completely renovation, the cloth hangers are all different like what ever they got spare they have put in the wardrobe. You don't get any salt, vinegar, oil ,pepper or coffee in the kitchen. We just had few bags of tea and sugar, no kettle or coffee machine, they had a toaster that it was dirty. They do cleaning every day but when we arrive I found 2 black hair in the shower and left there on purpose and they stayed there all the time we stayed in the apartment so this means they don't clean properly.
