  : Nice location ( busy main road separating the property from the beach area)Nice pool when its warmer to use it.The bar area was nice.
  : We had two rooms 307 ( tiny tiny tv that only had German when it worked on day 3 ) And 315 ( much bigger and a satellite tv that worked) The receptionist ( young girl) is very rude. The young lad that works there is lovely and accommodating.I ended up having to email as there never seems to be anyone on reception.Our tv in room 307 didnt work at all.On day two they said theyd send an electrician.It didnt get working till day 3. And only German/ subtitles.The decor/ furniture is very tired looking and the pictures look much nicer.No soap in any of the bathrooms in bedrooms or bar toilet or pool bathroom which is worrying. Due to sickness & germs.I emailed & told the cleaner / reception and have just got a reply 4 days later. Food: Ordered gluten free pasta as Im celiac,Ive never, ever seen such a dry, congealed bowl of spaghetti.I left it, and wasnt asked why? Even the six tiny clams or the two flowers they placed on top couldnt cheer up this diabolical food.I wanted the baby squid but its not with cornflour or cooked fresh so couldnt have that. I think its safer to eat fried mass produced food here. Although theres an amazing Thai place up the road we ate at three nights.The Aperol spritz was nice.The lovely gentleman who was buzzing around small grey hair was lovely.Its a shame when spending almost 700 euros on four nights with no breakfast.

  : Only there for one night, so not much to comment. All good s as expected, not disappointed, did not eat in the restaurant but the bar was fine.

  : Lovely traditional hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Great location to walk to beaches and restaurants, with bus stops close to get to other places Breakfast was very nice and rooms a good size. There is no lift if you have mobility issues.

  : The location is really nice, lots of shops, restaurants bars on the doorstep. The hotel looks beautiful, they accommodated every request we had and the staff was friendly. The room was a good size, it had everything you needed and it was very clean. The hotel had a bar with a terrace next to the swimming pool, just amazing atmosphere in the evenings.
  : The only slight issue was that the room we stayed in was facing the terrace/bar which means the noise can go into the evening. People are having a great time but if you need to have an early night ready for an early day you might struggle to sleep until the bar shuts.

  : The hotel is near the see. The spa is very nice but The pool was not warm enough. There are a lot of restaurants very close to the hotel.
  : The badcpoint- its half an hour with the car to palma de Mallorca.All the people in the reception were nice except one woman who was very unfriendly

  : Lovely hotel, we were in a little separate block from the main hotel building, with a little balcony which had a lovely view over the pool and courtyard. Gorgeous gardens and terrace. Brilliant location, at the far end of the main street.
  : The noise! Both the noise from the road/street at all hours of the day and night, and also from the surrounding rooms. The noise from neighbouring rooms' t.v's, talking and moving about is, clear - and very disturbing when trying to sleep!!

  : This hotel has old fashioned charm. It is homely and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable (but I did bring my own pillow) Im sure extra pillows would be provided if asked for. The breakfast is continental but there is plenty to choose from, the staff are attentive and helpful. The poolside area is good, even if the pool is somewhat frigid in May. The bar / restaurant were a welcome surprise. The spa area was good - the showers hot and powerful - if a little dated. I will definitely be visiting again.
  : The town (not the beach) is horrible. However, the transport system in Mallorca is really easy to navigate so you can easily go elsewhere. The hotel and beach was all I needed so it was fine.
