: Wonderful location, just a short walk, ten minutes, from the centre of Skala with lovely views and peaceful environment. Spacious studio with everything I needed. Lovely friendly staff. I would definitely return.

: A great place to stay and superb hosts, Rosa is excellent, we had air con, a safe and a room until our checkout time of 7pm all with no extra charge, unfortunately the studios were not in the village as indicated by booking.com map, they are up a very steep hill and they are not called Nikolaos Studios, they are called Pita Studios!! If booking a transfer you will need to know this!!
: Would be great if they had a small swimming pool so we wouldn't have to leave then!

: Love the location, slightly out of the centre, very peaceful with parking on site. Large apartment with plenty of storage space - wardrobes and drawers and coat hangers! Cleaners came in nearly every day to change towels and clean bins, they didnt speak any English but were were very happy and full of smiles.Kitchen had all you needed, didnt use the TV, nice little seating area outside, we booked a balcony but got ground floor but it was fine.Loved the beautiful cats - please feed them if youre staying there, they dont bother you but theyre beautiful and crave some love.Very good value for money.
: unfortunately our flight was early and there was no one on site so we couldnt get into our apartment. We called them and went off for lunch by the time we got back the key was in the door. There is no one on site at this apartment.Bathroom was old and very basic, had to hold the shower head, it wouldnt attach anywhere - the shower leaked and the soaked the entire bathroom floor. The pipes were blocked so the sink took ages to clear in the bathroom and kitchen.The bed was one of the worst Ive slept in - very uncomfortable.I would stay again though to see the cats and the location was good and the minor details above we can live with when in Greece!
