  : The hotel is accessible by an extremely modern and spacious elevator (reception is on the first floor). The room was exceptionally clean. The towels and bed linens were white and spotless. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the remote control, and they resolved it promptly. The hotel is situated in an excellent location. The breakfast buffet was delicious and served in a beautiful setting. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others
  : We had the ”Small Twin Room”. So, we expected it to be small, as correctly mentioned on Booking site. However, the problem is that there are few options to put clothes. The room doesn't have a closet, a situation we have never encountered at any other hotel we have stayed at, regardless of the room size. There are only 2 plastic hangers for clothes. How difficult/expensive is it to put up at least 6? Or to put some hooks on the room walls? This is a significant issue, especially when the weather is cold and you need to wear more layers of clothing (which unfortunately was the case for us, even though it was the middle of June). In the bathroom, there's nowhere to hang towels to dry. How difficult/expensive is it to put some hooks on the bathroom walls? There is no soap holder on the wall in the shower. You have to hold the soap in your hand. These are all small details that, if resolved (with no high costs), would greatly increase the comfort of the room.

  : dirty bathroom without towels and soap requested several times at the reception but nothing, the bathroom bin was still full of stuff probably from the person who slept there before me

  : Room was basic but clean and with comfortable bed. Staff were helpful and supportive. Breakfast was good. Hotel well-located; just over 10 minute walk to station.

  : The room was a reasonable size, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was mostly good, The coffee was excellent.The hotel was central for everything in Ostend.
  : Some of the runners were off the curtains and the shower head would not stay in the socket.The scrambled eggs and streaky bacon were not very appetising.The stairs were very steep and not very wide.

  : The best thing about this hotel is the location: close to to the beach, shops, restaurants, museums. Our room was quite small, had no real view, was kind of hot and you could hear a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms. The more expensive rooms will probably be better but this room is definitely only good for one night. The breakfast was ok too, nothing special but adequate.
