  : The breakfast was appropriate for the price. The room was a good size and well laid out.
  : There was no one cleaning the breakfast area between people. Tables were disgusting. The waffle area was a mess and the line was always long. No staff ever came to help clean up. There were people smoking outside of the entrance that I had to walk through. I'm allergic. Housekeeping on Friday did not show up until 7pm and then made me sign off that I requested no service. I simply asked for towels since I was checking out in the morning. The next morning someone from housekeeping came by early to see if we were checking out. I informed her about the 7pm visit and she was not aware that they were cleaning that late. When I checked in the person did not explain where my room was or how to get there properly so we got lost. I was never given any information about the hotel or services that the hotel offered. There needs to be better communication about the "village" and what is available.

  : The outside of the property was well maintained however, the interior of the property was the opposite.
  : The first room we were assigned upon check in was dirty and absolutely not inviting or welcoming as it was our first time at that property. The room had a questionable odor and feces were in the toilet. The hallways were extremely dirty, baseboards were detached. We were then upgraded to a balcony room which had mildew throughout, the bathroom was a bit cleaner but the bathtub has a really bad patch job. The couch was smelly and dirty. The floors were soiled. No waste bin had bags. The housekeeping was also poor, I declined it the first day. The second day my family and I were out all afternoon and upon returning the room appeared to be cleaned but the bathroom wasn’t and the floors weren’t vacuumed. The housekeeper only made the beds and change the towels.
