  : The room was not at all like the picture it was so extremely small, Outlets didn’t work and the one that did couldn’t hold anything it was so loose, the tv had 1 good channel, the mini kitchen had no utensils or dishes, no creamer for the coffee, the tub was dangerously deep and dangerous to step into, the timer for the jet tub didn’t work, the pool area had bugs all in the pool and bugs kept falling in the hot tub, the hot tub wasn’t hot, staff did nothing to fix this when we asked, I asked for a late checkout of 11 or 12 because checkin isn’t til 4pm and she said no you must check out at 10. As I told her our disappointment with our stay she said nothing but we’ll check out is 10. No apology, just rude unprofessional attitude. We won’t ever come back and bc this is our 2nd bad experience with Booking.com I will never book through it again.
