  : Felt very rundown a lot of stuff was broken everything was way too crowded just felt very trashy.

  : The rooms (2) were absolutely disgusting. There was rust, bugs (roaches and spiders), dust ,mold and the door handle was falling off the bathroom along with many other things. The microwave was nasty. There were hair ties with hair on them from whoever stayed before. Carpet was lifting form the floors in multiple places. There was dirt behind the doors like when they vacuum they just vacuum around stuff. We had to wear our shoes the whole time inside the room because the floors were nasty. We received towels that were dirty or stained. The curtains had something gross on them. The restaurants were gross and the staff Chatty was rude. There were bugs flying around the food Bains. Over all would not recommended and wouldn’t stay here again.

  : The room was clean.
  : The fact that the waterpark opens late. And was close for weather which it didn’t even rain for another hour and a half. But was told that in the 15 minutes due to thunderstorm which once again nothing happened. That is the main thing of the hotel the pool and waterpark and the fact that it was hardly enjoyed was a downer for us.

  : The room I booked (king suit) was great. I loved having a bedroom and kitchen.
  : The water park and pools are entirely too small for the amount of people that stay at the hotel. The water park was shut down and made into a single file line taking turns. That’s fine for safety but it would have made more sense and there would have been many less tears from children if they would just have guards at the top of every slide entrance. Kids waiting in lines for one small water park is not ideal.

  : The splash pad not on, the water park was shut down or limited for most of day to 5 people at a time, fitness center was down, lights didn’t work in make up area, and housekeeping woke us up an hour before checkout even though we had do not disturb on door.

The systemThe complementary bus to Disney is only complementary in name as you have to use a promo code to get it for free and only runs 4 times a day 2 to magic kingdom and 2 to Epcot They changed one of the in house restaurants from a sub shop to a Chinese restaurant and didn’t update any of their promotional materials The pullout bed couch is so thin you feel the springs because there is only a little stuffing and a sheet between you and the springs All the beds were very uncomfortable The parking lot is a nightmare to navigateWas promised a kuereg (?) coffee maker and it was some other kind that we couldn’t use the coffee we brought with us as it can’t work with what was in the roomAll food at the in-house restaurants were severely overpriced The breakfast buffet was fairly disgusting and plain
