  : Nothing went well, I booked our rooms in January for the NPE24 show in Mayreceived an email 3 days prior to our arrival confirming got to the hotel and was told we had been moved to another hotel / location 20 minutes awayI was not notified by anyone this had happened, we booked here due to the NPE24 show and its proximity to everything.no email, no phone call, no voice mail saying there was an issue....now your asking how my stay was and you are the one who cancelled and moved my booking, which at the time I made it was nonrefundable!
  : What could have been better was if you honored my reservation after you took the money since it was months in advance and was not sold out when I made the reservations.Your company has no integrity & I will never trust it again.... this was a huge inconvenience, we ended up having to rent a car & pay for parking everyday on top of the hassle you caused by moving us, since we could not use the shuttle to the convention center

  : The location of the property was great.
  : When we checked into our room the bathroom had water everywhere. I called and it took 2 hours for someone to come which was like 1am. The room also had a weird unclean smell and we found a bug in the bed.
