  : Its in a location close to many stores and restaurants.
  : I booked my stay more than a month in advance only to be told when my husband and I arrived that we had no reservation and that there were no rooms available. When I showed my confirmation to the person at the front desk, she then said that some of the current guests had asked to stay longer and had been given permission to do so, making it clear that this was the reason our confirmed reservation was now worthless. This situation was completely unacceptable, as we then (after a six hour drive including Jacksonville rush hour traffic) had to quickly find another place to stay, resulting in our having to spend an additional $300. The worst part of the experience may have been the offhand manner in which we were treated, as though being left with nowhere to stay was of no importance whatsoever.

  : when we got there they told us that we did not have a resveion and even when i show that did they said that you booking . com made a mistake and must have put us somewhere yell but not there we could not reach you or anyone who could help so I lost that place and had to find a differnt place . thanks for the help
