  : Our rm 307 rm was very clean. But the window needs a blackout shade. The outside light for packing lot is directly outside. None of us could fall asleep or stay asleep due to the light being on outside the window.

  : The breakfast wasn't bad except for the egg frittata.
  : My room was disgusting. The first thing my son said when we walked in the room was that it smelled like blood. There were black curly hairs in the shower. The bed had blood or something else nasty on the comforter.I had actually tried to cancel this hotel as it was not close to where I needed to be. I aways book free cancelation. I should have been within the cancelation window, but it showed differently on the booking site. I put in a request to cancel and booking sad it shouldn't be a big deal. They suggested that I call the hotel as well and talk to them to speed up the process. The front desk clerk was nice and would have helped me, but she didn't have the email and said it must have gone to the gm. She said that one of them would call me the next afternoon.I never got a call the next afternoon, but I did receive a message from the gm that I was stuck. I responded and tried calling, but I never received a response. I took pictures of the blood.

  : The coffee was good. They had my reservation. The rooms were clean.
  : The room wasn't as nice as I had on the previous stay. The bathroom was uninviting and looked as if it was having repairs made. The room was at 60 degrees as I entered. Freezing!The breakfast was terrible. I had scrambled eggs and sausage patties. The eggs didn't taste like eggs and the patties were manufactured precooked patties, ugh.
