  : The front desk staff are everything here, they are really making this place. Management was extremely helpful even when we locked our self out at 11pm. The amenities are also great, which would be the fitness center and the laundry room. Everything was easy to use and accessible! I do recommend for a long or short stay. We did love the area, its close to EVERYTHING!
  : Understanding house keeping for a full apartment is difficult- they didn't pay much attention to the details like the couch bed- it was dirty when we opened the couch up, there were crumbs all under the furniture. It says you can exchange your towels any time during your stay- that wasn't the case. The housekeeper didn't get us towels any time or at all when we ask so I had to wash them and reuse. Any time I ask them a question she was pretty rude and acted like it was above her pay grade to speak to you. The front desk and GM make up for her crap attitude (: Our TV in the living room didn't work 97% of our stay, and it was too much to ask them every single day to come fix it, although the GM and the lady at the desk DID attempt everything possible, we just didn't want to be aggravating.

  : Kitchen. So I could cook there, even though there were different places to eat in the area. Two large televisions. One in bed room and one in living room.
  : Bed wasn't as firm as I needed but other than that it was OK. Only other problem I had was the bathroom sink would back up when used but they offered to fix it or give me another room. So not a big problem.

  : I felt secure inside the complex. I liked that it had a kitchen where we could cook and store our food. It was also nice it is right next to a grocery store. There was bedding and towels like a hotel.
  : They had not stocked the kitchen with any pots or pans and there wasn't enough silverware for even one meal. Also, they only provided 1 dishwasher pod for the entire 4 day stay and no other dish soap. They did provide a pot and a skillet when asked.
