  : They first gave us an occupied or it just hadnt been cleaned. There was nobody there but stuff was still sitting around and towels on the floor and bed unmade. Then the put us in a room with a coffee pot missing a part. I called the front desk so we could make coffee and she said she would work on it and call me back. An hour later I went down and she was on her phone. She said she forgot to call me but told me to come down for coffee as they serve it. I said absolutely not, we wanted coffee in the room some time later she called and had the part and asked me to come down and get it. I said absolutely not to have someone run it up. She did run it up but after she left I realized it was the wrong part. I called her back and said please check an empty room and get us a coffee pot. After a bit she ran us a coffee pot. Last month I stayed there and you need to know your couches are in bad need of replacement as well as the holes in the carpet. You are charging prices for high end rooms when they are in bad need of attention

  : Breakfast and the staff in that area were awesome! Hotel in a great location of the city
  : Was not told pool was closed until I asked after checking in no sign at the desk. We had our grandkids with us and was looking forward to using the pool. Sofa bed is awful as my young grandsons complained about so you know it's bad when a child complains we tried to sleep on it and it was awful. Pink stain on the lower curtain in the sitting area and on the carpet in room 203.

  : Very good value. Great amenities and very good breakfast. Free onsite laundry was also a nice touch.
  : Out of a 6 day stay we never once had a knock from housekeeping to check on us. We had to chase them down for towels, toilet paper, and trash bags.
