  : Location to the centre. The bed was very comfy.
  : No space for hanging clothes and only 1 mirror in the apartment which was located in the bathroom.

  : Location, house, apartment. Great location, a historic building. Wooden floors, wooden door, beautiful staircase. Bathroom with bathtub...very rare and highly appreciated. Fridge is sufficient, kitchen is equipped, little trouble with the induction stove (it kept turning itself off, looks like it needed a bit push onto the "connection" inside the cupboard it is installed in...as it worked afterwards.
  : Bedroom can use nightstands and night lamps - I had nowhere to put aside my glasses, tissues. We did not figure out the heating (which was on only around 5 am, October nights are already bit cold). Furniture might use some upgrade (sofa, chairs with dirty cushioning do not exactly give a great impression). I assume the owner reads the reviews carefully, as before the trip I read that there was problem with an entrance key (there is none now, works smoothly), missing toilet paper (there was enough), no bath mat (now there is one, no more slippery floor), no oil in the kitchen :D (still none, I would not expect to have even basic ingredients provided by the owner).

  : Feeling like entering abandon office. Very poor kitchen wear. Very poor bathroom. No info in time about how to check in - trying to call the day of arrival with no success. Code for the key box received in the last moment. Info about no possibility to park by the flat also received only upon request last moment. After tuning the temperature setpoint up and ventilating the old air in the flat little bit more comfortable and ok bed, but totally empty not welcoming space Very good location though for those who plan to go out downtown. Very old building that having this location in Praque would be a pearl.. However price compared to todays level was lower so that reflects the quality of the place..

  : The destination is perfect. One minute walk from the christmas market and other attractions around the city. The apartment is well heated and equipped nicely. The bed is very comfy, simply one of the best we've slept in.
  : Creaking floors Lack of basic ingredients like oil for cooking Bad keys which get jammed at the entrance to the building.

  : Location near town centre and facilities. I desperately wanted to like this property. It has great potential!
  : Lethal! Some major facilities also virtually unusable! * Lamp standard had no bulbs in and was plugged in and switched on - real danger of electrocution. (Eg if a child had put fingers in lamp socket) * Banister/balustrade at top of steep winding stairs was not fixed to floor and came loose when grabbed (see photo) creating major hazard, possibly collapsing onto person * Bath was virtually unusable and potentially dangerous - I am not in any way disabled but the awkward location in room, very slippery floor and complete lack of safety grab handle(s) made it unsafe to use * Ungripped mat at top of stairs slid (see photo) when stepped on, creating a major hazard * Curtain pole was not secured and twice fell down - first time grazing my scalp - when I tried to open curtains (see photo) Many other assorted potential hazards - eg 1-2cm door thresholds hazardous in this dimly lit apartment. [admittedly probably usual in Cesko but nonetheless in need of indicating] Wardrobe door would not shut and once opened remained swung open across main walk-through area. Compromised lighting created a quite dim main room. No plug for wash basin! Wash basin unusable until a Czech friend supplied a plug from their property. Emailed owner on this immediately but never replied Bad service! Niggles: * no mirror except for one above wash basin * only 1 coat hanger * only 1 drawer in chest of drawers usable due to no handles * very nice and stylish low glass table which in this poorly lit apartment is very difficult to see and created a nasty trip hazard. With a little money, time and effort this could be a great property. At present it a a dangerous and inadequately furnished venue.
