: The room smelled a bit like fresh paint or varnish. Our room was right on the street and so it was a bit noisy throughout the night.

: No soundproofing at all :( we tried to get some sleep but there were other guests hanging in the hall and speaking loudly, felt like there were no walls at all. Asked them to keep quiet, but did not really work.

: The guesthouse is in a good location if you want to discover the centre of Olomouc. The dining room is nice, the floors and overall the furnishings are tasteful. The staff was nice during the visit.
: The guesthouse is located right next to a noisy street. In the evening you have to expect the noise of trams, car and homeless people or people in bars. The accommodation is not well designed with curtains. There is always light from the street. In this type of accommodation and with this price we would expect a much better room design. The room has a bedroom directly connected to the hallway, so you can hear other guests and have no privacy. The beds don't have bad mattresses, but definitely lack pillows and the current ones are not good. The bathroom lacks space to store things. It would deserve a bigger renovation. The lighting in the room is poorly designed. Lack of any lighting comfort, small lamps are poorly designed. The room definitely lacks a television with Netflix. This should already be standard. The breakfast system is not happy. If you prefer continental breakfast, you will not be satisfied. There was confusion and delays at breakfast. The accommodation didn't have time to clean our room. We left early in the morning and returned before 2 pm and the room was not cleaned. The guesthouse is located right next to a charity, so unfortunately you have to count on homeless people in the area. Overall we found the guesthouse, given its high ratings, disappointing.
