  : Spacious hotel, friendly staff (thank you Alessia for having taken the initiative to offer us another room because our television was not working), the hotel is very clean, the restaurant deserves its very good reputation, the architecture is in mauresque style, our room was nicely designed, beds were comfortable.
  : You need a car to reach the hotel, but this is true anyway for a lot of Sardinia, the pools are for relaxing not really for swimming, the breakfast buffet is decent however is not renewed frequently (if you missed something you like for instance, you will have to wait for the next day and wake up earlier), one has to know also that fresh orange juice can be ordered but this is not openly communicated, value-for-money wise it is at the limit I would say.

  : The staff at the reception was nice aswell as our cleaning lady, great cake at breakfast, location (close to Olbia, but calm). Their Agriturismo restaurant as well as their ice cream place in the city.
  : - The bed was very uncomfortable and you could hear every word and movement from your neighbors. During the day and in the evening you also heard the bass from the pool bar music. - Breakfast was from 7-11 and we arrived at 10./10.30 the latest every morning. The Buffett was almost empty and everything looked badly by then. Coffee, juice, bread, jam were of really poor quality. The staff at breakfast wasnt very friendly and slow. You could order eggs a la carte, which were sitting in oil. - Prices at the pool bar were unreasonably high. - I booked only three weeks before our trip. We asked for a quiet room and received a prompt reply. What they didnt tell us was that during our stay there would be two (not one, two..) weddings, meaning that you couldnt use the pool area and there was loud music the entire day and until 0 AM. They did tell us that we could use part of the pool area, but you would have been right in the wedding area - in between set tables and people in gowns in suits, which would be highly uncomfortable. No room would have been a quiet one with a wedding taking place. They knew that weddings were planned when we booked and we werent informed - not even upon check-in. We found out only when by chance we saw a tiny note next to the pool bar where they apologized for any inconvenience.

  : The grounds are fantastic and very well tended to. Clean throughout and staff were lovely. Breakfast was very generous. The area and hotel is incredibly peaceful and a short walk to the local beach and nearby towns.

  : nice breakfast, big pools and bubble baths and calm private beach area.
  : It's a bit pricey, but that's everywhere in Costa Smeralda, not too easy to reach without a taxi, car or rental motorbike (lots of hills, high heat, 30m+ walk from nearest village). Luckily the hotel can assist you with everything.
