  : This hotel boasts a truly fantastic location, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. The pool and beach area are exceptionally inviting and provide a wonderful place to relax. The elegance of the hotel is further complemented by its very good amenities.
  : The customer experience left much to be desired, notable during dinner. The staff's lack of warm welcomes and smiles was noticeable. The culinary offerings during dinner were disappointing as the prices did not match the expected Italian finesse. It's unfortunate that the night shift manager seemed to lack a customer-centric approach, leading to a noticeable lack of organization and efficiency among the staff. There's certainly room for improvement in ensuring a more pleasant and seamless guest experience in such a nice scenary.

  : The room is really noise and you are probably going to wake up many times at night. Be also prepared to hear some loud music nights in the week (near the hotel their is a house that launch some huge parties).If you use all the shampoos and all the shower gel, be ready to ask some new one at the reception as they won't replace you with new ones.The bed is also really cheap and not comfortable at all.
  : Without a car, it is impossible to to access thehotel.One night during our stay, a member of the staff with the number plate FG 3Z 1MH, on the road to the hotel, stuck behind our car for 8 minutes, making us headlight calls so that we could go faster to the hotel.Arriving at the hotel, he parked in the staff parking lot. Is it a way to treat your customer?Also overpriced, we took a small bottle of water, as the forgot to give us one in the room and they charged us 8 euro for that.The breakfast was not good, nearly nothing to eat and if you want an omelette made in the kitchen with certain ingredients be ready to pay 10 euro.Definitely not a luxury hotel and I would definitely not go back for that type of price.

  : Value for money - this is worth half of what I paid for. The area is not accessible by anything but a rental car. The rooms were underwhelming quite sterile. The food was served cold and was not every Italian like ( think airport food quality )

  : Our room overlooked the laundry area and we could hear the metal carts rolling around and see the bags of towels being tossed from our balcony. The food was cold and the burger was well done despite asking for rare.. no offer to fix it or care in the world. Felt like they quickly warmed it and delivered it in 10 mins. I overheard other guests say the same thing. No one smiled, they would just look at you like you were bothering them. ZERO hospitality. Most awful week ever on this island and in Italy vacation. We stayed at 4 hotels this 3 week trip and this was by far THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!. We had no choice but to leave everyday to venture to the different beaches and beach clubs and had amazing service and experiences only to return to the disgruntled faces of the staff at this hotel. We had to do takeaway and hide in our room and watch a movie. Aweful, Aweful!! DO NOT book here. You will be dissatisfied and disappointed!!
  : DO NOT BOOk this hotel unless you want to be underwhelmed and disappointed!! I am not one to write a review as such but this was a terrible experience!!! This is NOT a 4/5 star hotel but a 2 star at best!!! Honestly!! 1 star for the price they charge and the hospitality you receive!!! I woke up early to see the sunrise and work out. The gym lights were off and couldnt have them turned on. We had no coffee machine in the room and I couldnt order a coffee until 7:30am!! Extremely, Brightly lit at night, you cant enjoy the music in a nice setting mood. Felt like you were in a waiting room of a hospital!! There is NO service at the beach, NO towels put on your chairs. You have to walk alll the way back up to the pool to get anything and the drinks are $20!! No mini bar in the room other than WARM water and warm beer. They give you two towels to the room so if you shower in the afternoon and again at night you use a damp towel. Ask for more and you get ATTITUDE!!! We reserved the Spa for an hour and had no extra towels. No candles were lit, yet they had lanterns with candles in them. The water for the hot tea was cold. The cold bucket for spa plunge was warm. The staff is the WORSE, incredibly rude, they talk under their breath. Didnt know I could understand Italian. They had a lot to say!! Wouldnt allow me to have a Bottle of water at my table during breakfast and there was only 5 groups to serve. Removed the bottle off of my table while I was drinking it after reprimanding me. Oh and I saw they did this to other guests as well. The front desk girls were the only helpful and pleasant people. Even if it was fake, they smiled and were very helpful! Upon checkout at 6:30am the overnight reception guy gave us attitude and was not friendly but bitchy!!! Towels ripped as I dried myself, from being bleached so many times. Some had stains. We didnt get conditioner or new bar of soap. Instead received more shampoo bottles. We had NO conditioner or lot

  : The location was nice, not too far, not too close to airport. Great access to beautiful beaches. Staff professional and friendly. Up scale Hotel and a fair price. Nice little beach off you want to stay at the hotel.
  : Pillows are way too thick. Wash clothes are the size of hand towels. More for adults then for kids. I did not request a quiet room not sure where that came from, but yes rooms are nice and quiet. They pump perfume into the air in the reception area. Unnecessary!

  : Booked this place for my first solo trip, where I just wanted to relax with everything I needed at hand (food, spa, pool, beach, parking, etc). The overall aesthetic of this resort is modern and luxe. The common spaces are beautiful and the views over the sea and sunset are divine. The beach is perfection - I absolutely loved it. Crystal clear water, tons of fish, I even had an encounter with an octopus! The pool area is stunning and comfortable. The grounds are lush with lots of greenery. The food was also ok! Staff was also particularly kind and warm. I didn't want to leave when it was time for check out, but they were fully booked for the coming days! Would definitely return.
  : The room I had was the basic one, so I don't know if there are better options, but the bed left something to be desired. The food was a little limited but of quality so I was pleased enough.
