  : My AC unit had a leak that leaked onto the floor the duration of my stay. I was told that I would be giving a 35% discount and the manger JP only applied a 10% discount for both nights
  : The place was trashy, even though it was going to order some painting the manager it was very unhelpful very Unhelpful I was also propositioned by guests who are currently living there and I’m sure the manager was aware of it. Certainly the maintenance person was.

  : From check in to going in the room this stay was well below expectations to the point where I left and got a refund just an absolutely terrible experience all around and still waiting for refund to post to my account
  : Customer service wasn’t friendly, there were dogs in the pool, advertised cash payments and deposits but didn’t take cash, room smelled like someone was chain smoking cigarettes for 3 days couldn’t stay and checked out asked for refund and now have to wait 7-10 days for the money to go back to my card even though I was at the property no more than 30 minutes avoid at all cost unless you don’t care where you stay!

  : I want to start by saying the service and staff were very nice and professional. Housekeeping staff same. It was nice to see staff proud of where they work. Regardless of the conditions . It’s rare to see this. The price was good.
  : The room appeared beautiful and new once you walk in, clean looking and pet friendly. The room appeared nice and the bed is new and comfortable. It was just done poorly, our entrance door was not set and you could see the outside about a quarter inch or half inch around, leaving friendly insects dead at the door on the inside We live in Florida we are use to seeing insects but would of like to door to close tight. I spilled water once we entered, I wiped it clean, thank goodness for laminated flooring (keeping in mind having laminate floors in hotels you will get traffic in and out post housekeeping cleaned. And this was the case the floors were dirty). My pet had dust balls on his face I put him back in his large camping crate went to Walmart bought swifter and paper towels. I washed the floors over and over then got in my hands and knees to use paper towels to clean until no more dirt before I let my pet back out play. Bathroom door is a hallow one with cracked bottom from old water damage, a plate was placed on both sides of it and painted white sloppy, paint is on door fixtures and other fixtures. News’s up, The working staff lives on-site I believe. Just a heads up that there is still renovations being done, we had no issues. Other then the floors a bit dirty and the renovation done not 100% all in all the cost and the comfort of the bed with a nice friendly staff made up for all the rest!

  : I stayed ONE NIGHT. Barely touched anything. Left the room spotless and yet I still haven’t gotten my $100 deposit back and I fear they have cheated me out of it.The rooms were filthy and had no refrigerator and no microwave.Staff is rude and act like they want to fight you. Especially the young black guy at the front deck.
