  : The room were good and really clean.
  : When I arrived to the Hilton in Ocala they said my booking doesn't appear in their system. I got worried at that moment because I had my younger daughter sleeping in the car and it 1 or 2 something in the Morning whenwith arrived to the Hotel. I proceeded to show the front desk my confirmation number and my bank account were it shows I was charge for my reservation. I show the front desk my confirmation number and also I was debited from booking.com. They said booking.com told them my reservation was canceled because my debit card was declined. Which after 15 min they found it and at the moment they look for room. Also, Check out is at 11 it was 9:45 am when housekeeping try to come in to my room. She explained that my room showed has already check out. I never expected this from booking.com nor from Hilton Hotel. This is my second time using booking.com. I don't know if I can trust any of them. The Front Desk personnel was really helpful but apparently the front desk previous to the night shift front desk had confused my reservation with someone else or something. Mind the front personnel had to call the previous shift front desk for finding my reservation which was not apparering in the beginning and then when the found it he put a sticky note in my reservation paper has card was declined so they canceled my reservation. But thanks God the front Desk figured it out.
