  : The location is really close to everything including the beach. The staff was really punctual and nice.
  : This place definately needs upgrading. From the parking..to the dangerous wood steps...missing lightbulbs...and falty appliances. So when I was asked about adding an additional $50 linen package, I had no idea there would be zero sheets, blankets, pillowcases and towels/washclothrs.We spent $300.00 on toiletpaper and home linens. The immediate thing was the 70 year old wooden floors. Dirty was not the word. The glass tables had smears everywhere and there is a strong oder of smoke and water mold..We couldnt find anorher place with such last minute but we most certaintly wont be staying again. Oh and checkout at 10am???

  : We could go straight to the property which was a bonus after traveling hours with children. It was very clean when we arrived. The appliances were up to date. The washing machine machine was a nice touch as well. The kitchen is fully equipped for meals and cocktails!! I ran into the lady that cleans the property while she was cleaning the downstairs unit. She was nice and funny. I didn't catch her name but she seemed to take care in cleaning the property.
  : The room with the bunk beds in it is too small. The beds are as almost as tall as the ceiling, which has a ceiling fan. We saw 2 bugs. Some of the furniture needs to be updated. The toilet in the room off from the kitchen has bad water pressure. The bathroom sink in the bathroom by the living room was stopped up when we got there. We just plunged it and it was fine after that.

  : I’ve got so much to say that will just leave at Bed Bugs live there. Ps. Staff was nice and Cordial but that doesn’t take away the bed big bites from a bed that had a bed bug cover that had a hole.

  : Being forced to pay for linens that we didn't use, weren't provided initially, and then once provided were brought in a dirty/rusty laundry basket. We were told they would be replaced and they NEVER were. They didn't refund us, even though we had to use our own linens. There was also constant work being done to the facility (stairs, gate, and faucet) while we were there. Also the rental company has held onto our security deposit for a month, when their contract states that it will be repaid within 10 days at the latest! They've told me they would take care of it on more than one occasion, and yet I'm still waiting 27 days later.
