: pool and hot tub were absolutely filthy and no one ever came to correct the problem. pool cleaning company showed up but hardly touched either

: house was awesome. location was decent. hot tub was not working and we had a issue with one staff member trying to resolve the hot tub issue. the rest of the staff was helpful and pleasant

: It was open and relaxed and enough space for me and my three kids. I like being able to cook in a kitchen and wash up clothes if need be. The pool was a nice alternative when it was cool and breezy at the beach. North Myrtle Beach is so calm and not as busy as other places I liked being in a quiet comfortable town yet close to shops and golf.
: The hot tub was not as clean as I would have hoped. we didnt use at all on our stay.

: I love the location and the neighborhood. The home is beautiful and spacious. My family really enjoyed our time there.
: We weren't left checkout instructions. They were sent to my work email a day or two before check-out, but I was not checking my email since I was on vacation. I checked the booking app and even messaged the VACAS people but no response. Also, the hot tub water was very dingy to the point we didn't use it

: The rental was NASTY!! blood stains on the bed, carpets are filthy, grill had never been cleaned, furniture was broken, furniture that was in the picture was not there, no linens when we got there, we had to clean the rental before our stay!
