  : The only good thing about this place was the space.
  : It definitely doesn't look like it's only 2-3 months old and wasn't exceptionally clean. The kitchen sink was broken, couldn't use the sprayer, or it turned off water to both sprayer and sink. The bathtub had a soft spot in the middle, so it felt like it was going to fall through. There was mildew all around the tub fixtures, and the shower curtain was gross. Only one mirror that's too low for taller people. A window was busted out with a flimsy board covering it. The futons are aweful, and blankets evidently never get washed, crusty, and crumbs on them. You can literally hear the conversations of people in the next rooms. If the people above you are rambunctious at 2am (which sounds like they are going to fall through the ceiling running from one end to the other stomping and jumping off beds making light fixtures and windows rattle) forget calling the desk, they'll tell you that you can call the police instead of asking them to quiet down (we did ask them to settle down but they did not and we weren't calling the police because people can't control their kids)
