  : The room was clean and quiet (we were on the 4th floor so no issues with people above us.) I liked that housekeeping didn't come into the room until after checkout, though I realize it as probably a cost-savings measure and might be annoying to people who like daily housekeeping.
  : Paying an extra $10 for parking. Where the heck else were we gonna park? The breakfast was disappointing. The food offerings were pancakes, eggs, sausage, either fruit loops or plain cheerios, and white bread. Barely ripe bananas. No other fruit or baked goods, no oatmeal. Worse than that, was that there was nowhere to sit. The dining area only had a few tables and chairs, and the place was packed. People were sitting awkwardly on couches with their paper plates balanced on their laps. Luckily there are a few breakfast places within walking distance, so you don't have to eat at the hotel.

  : Close proximity to the Niagara Falls State Park.
  : Door to room was hard to open because it sagged. The TV cable box was not laying flat on a surface so the remote control could not control it. Everytime ypu turned off TV, you'd have to chamge the input source to HDMI3 before ypu couls control the cable box.
