  : The property is well equipped with all amenities. The location is in the heart of the city with easy access to various spots including the Newgate Street and The Gate mall.
  : The property location on Google Maps is incorrect, you need to read the email from the owners to reach the right address. The operator is never reachable by phone. The property is located within a narrow lane besides the My Delhi restaurant. There are several codes that one needs to remember (or better take a printout of the entry instructions) or you struggle. We had to haul our luggage up very cranky stairs which are located outside the apartment building and then again up 2 floors when after we entered the building. Cleanliness of the apartment itself is average. Heating was not on when we reached and we were left to figure out how the heater worked. The apartment building has sufficient space to allow parking within their premises (and indeed their staff do park there), but guests are not allowed parking here. We had to park on the main road about 50 meters away where there are only 6 parking spots in the vicinity. Parking cost is 4 per 3 hours and is paid between 8 am to 7 pm. So you end up paying around 15 per day for parking. WiFi is OK, but you need to decipher the handwriting as certain letters look capital but they are not and Vice-Versa. The check in and check out times are not defined. As is common practice, we assumed the check out time as 12 pm. But the cleaning staff were right outside our door at 9:45 am and asked us to vacate within 10 minutes failing which they would enter the apartment and help us out. Upon insistence that we have very young kids and that would be difficult, they allowed us maximum 20 minutes till 10:05. We had to just gather our stuff and leave. Would I still recommend this property? Maybe yes, but primarily for solo or young couple travelers only.

  : This wasn't Luxurious, I would guess it was formerly Student Accommodation, cramped and there is nowhere to park at all ... Nearest Parking is Fenkle street at a cost of 17:50 a day. Also it was up several narrow flights of stairs and no lift. It is behind an Indian Restaurant, so hopefully the strong aromas from this doesn't bother you.

  : Location. The apartment was very close to the main street where all bars are.
  : Bunk beds and most furniture broken, needs replacing. Bunk beds were very dangerous.No mirrors.Sofa bed was unclean and uncomfortable.No extra covers were provided to say there were 8 of us.Definitely not deep cleaned after each use.

  : It's definitely not luxury. There's far too much furniture in the apartment. A lot of it is broken, the 2nd bedroom is unusable because it has too much furniture in it. The carpets are dirty and need replacing.

  : Very unfortunate that guests were not told that there are a total of 55 steps to get to the apt! 25 steep iron steps outdoors from the road level to the building entrance and a further 30steps to the apt. If you have luggage or not very fit, this would be very difficult. The surroundings are not very pleasant, the entrance is behind an Indian restaurant where the garbage dumpsters are located. Linen and sofa coverings were very worn and stained, mattress very uncomfortable and the bedrooms very cramped with beds. None of the windows have any curtains. Definitely inaccurately described as luxurious. Erroneous description.

  : The location was the only decent thing about this apartment.
  : It was very small to hold 7 adults, 3 of the guests got stuck in the toilet resulting in the door needing to be knocked down. There was no place to get ready. It did not look like the photos and this should not be classed as luxery. This looked more like student accommodation. Very very disappointing and resulted in us leaving earlier and finding somewhere else to stay.

  : The only good thing about this apartment was the location.
  : The whole place smelt awful, many things were broken. There was no handle or lock to the bathroom door, so say goodbye to privacy. The pictures did not match the room whatsoever. The sofa bed was very small and pretty sure thats where the smell was coming from, the duvet and pillows for the sofa bed had no covers over them and had an awful smell coming from them. There were no towels or a hairdryer. The whole place was very dirty and crammed, I would not recommend staying here at all.
