  : Good location. Nice staff.Accommodating as couldn’t check in until 3:30am due to a late flight.
  : After not being able to check in until 3:30 am with 2 young children we were given a room that looked into a building site which was very noisy from 8am which affected their sleep. The room clearly wasn’t fully cleaned as beside the children’s bunk beds was a tub of Pringles as well as Pringles scattered over the floor. The room was also extremely warm and I was surprised there was no air conditioning.We also ate in the restaurant and the service was terrible. We ordered starters as well as a main and the food was all brought out at the same time! They did take the mains away but when it was time for them they were cold so we just returned them.

  : Excellent location for our needs - 10 min walk to university graduation.
  : We have stayed in various hotels throughout Newcastle in the past 3 years. Thought we would splash out for a high end hotel for graduation. Very average-just haven’t got the basics right at all. Shower was terrible, water all spilling out of the sides & couldn’t get temperature right. Room tiny with no air conditioning. Beds and pillows too hard. Blackout blinds don’t fit windows properly so light streams in room. Very small bath towels. No amenities in bathroom other than hair/shower gel. Don’t clean room or change towels/top up tea & coffee during a 3 night stay so had to ask for everything, then brought Earl Grey tea, no normal tea & only 4 tiny milks. Ran out of toilet paper. Gym area very basic - not air conditioned & no cups for water dispenser.

  : The location was excellent a nice veiw of Football stadium. Lovely breakdast
  : That our room had no wardrobe but was resolved by moving rooms. On check out was given a reduced rate. We wanted to celebrate our granddaughters' graduation with a champagne breakfast, but we compromised and had prosseco. Didn't like the idea of scanning the code to access info. It's not ideal if you are not familiar form of info.
