  : Very business minded, not customer centric. They said check in was a 3pm (because rooms are being cleaned and stuff) but for 60$ extra the room was magically available. Asked to leave our bags initially to wait for check in at 3pm, they charged 3$ per bags as if we weren’t customers. Never seen that before.The bathroom is not isolated completely, the smell from bathroom fills the entire room.No chair, no table, you can only sit on the bed (basic stuff that are available even in 2 star hotels)Room is too small for a standard room.Visibly rusting in bathroom, and the bathroom floor looks weird and old.

  : Rooms too small, no fridge, or hair dryer. No privacy what so ever. Rooms smaller than a apartment studio.Expensive for what you get. Light still comes in through curtains.

  : The only thing good about this hotel was the location. Walking distance to a lot of places of interest and to the subway. There's a 24h market just across the street that makes great breakfast and sandwiches and the staff there is great!The view of the room was quite nice and we did have a great fireworks show just from the bedroom window on 4th of July
  : Where do I begin? First, I stayed at the Yotel in Boston in the beginning of the trip and it was great! So great that I cancelled a previous hotel I had in NY to book Yotel im NY because Boston gave us such a good value for money! Oh boy, whatta mistake I did!When we arrived, exhausted from the trip, I looked at the shower place and it was DISGUSTING! It was dirty, moldy, I mean, really gross. I was so tired that we just slept and decided to talk to the staff next day. When I did, I was treated with irony 'Ma'am, the hotel is 13 years old and there's bound to be mold' - that when I showed the pictures I had taken and the staff's face just changed and I could see she was disgusted as well. It wasnt offered any room change, instead she said the housekeeping would do a deep clean - which of course never happened. I had to stay 6 days in there disgusted all the time because nobody would do anything.Another thing is that our room didnt have a privacy curtain to separate the bed from the 'bathroom' (which we had in Boston and we could see the pictures on Booking as well). The furniture is in need of upgrade - lots of corners broken, the bed made an awful noise during the night every time we moved and the ac had two temperatures: way to hot or way to cold. One of the sheets had a cigarette burn as well.Not to mention the ice machine - the place was so dirty that I couldnt drive myself to drink the water from there - bought water every day because I just couldnt.It was a terrible stay, I do not recommend this hotel at all (Boston one is great, this one - don't bother). It was a terrible mistake on my part do change to this hotel but that's on me.
