A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Early Check-in fees:
Before 12 noon – charged 50 percent of nightly rate
Between 12-3PM – charged $100 fee


Late Check-out fees:
1PM – charged $100 fee
2PM – charged 50 percent of nightly rate
After 2PM – charged full nightly rate


Packages can be delivered to the hotel on behalf of guests:
First two packages are complimentary
Guests are charged a $5 fee per package starting with the 3rd package


Extra Guest Policy:
-First two guests in the room are included in the room rate
-Guests are charged a +$10 fee per person starting with the 3rd person
