  : The location is good, close to Time Square
  : The breakfast was limited and the same every day, so if you stay more than 3 days, you may prefer to eat somewhere else. There were not many options and the eating area is quite small. Our room window had a screw in it that kept it from being opened, but someone tried to open it and it got stuck while being a bit open. We told this to the staff but they didn’t fixed it and we could hear all the sounds from outside. Also, the ventilation in the room was really bad, so it smelled a bit and there was no heating.

  : I liked how friendly and attentive the staff was. Everyone was always available and willing to help with everything, even the smallest things. Every time I had a question, I was amazed with how knowledgeable everyone was with attraction locations and exact directions on how to get to them. We always had everything we needed freshly made beds daily, clean towels and toiletries. Our hotel was kept exceptionally clean at all times. I loved that a free breakfast was offered and that there was something for everyone. A big bonus for my family is that they held our luggage for the day until our check- in time.
  : I wasn't very comfortable with the size of my room. Two queen beds were in a very tight space and we had no real place to keep our luggage. There wasn't a real closet in our room, just a small cabinet in the corner that wouldn't hold a suit case much less 4. Also the bathroom is located somewhat in the middle of the room which is awkward, plus the door is a frosted kind of see through material. Definitely not a good design for 4 people/ family sharing a room. Ideally you don't want to watch or see your teens use the bathroom and vise versa. Plus a lock on the bathroom door would be nice just to give a sense of privacy.

  : Location is great for visiting midtown Manhattan. The hotel room was spacious for NYC and the view of the Empire State Building was a treat.
  : The breakfast was good but the seating area could not handle the capacity. It was a challenge moving between the food and the tables and it would be better to have the space be more open.
