  : Location, the staff were very nice. The bag storage was very helpful. The room service was good. The bathroom was extra nice and loved the deep soaker tub. The rooms were clean.
  : Some things were disappointing. The pool area was setup with cloth covered foam mats on the lounge chairs was not sanitary, even though the staff put a towel on them. The lounge chairs were too close together. The pool area had too many lounge chairs which covered up the outdoor rinse shower. Pool should always be exclusive to hotel guests and not be open to the public at 2 pm. Pool not open late enough. Lounge area next to the pool had an outdoor balcony seating area with tables and the same unsanitary cloth covered foam which was soaked from swimmers. Need pool lounge chairs and balcony chairs that have a wipe-able surface that can be cleaned. The roof top is a restaurant and not a sundeck as advertised. The rooftop was closed part of the time. The stairwells were dirty and had equipment in them near the top. The view was disappointing as it was surrounded by other taller buildings. The entrance is not marked well and doesn't look like the hotel entrance. The room had a flimsy extension cord outlet between the 2 queen beds (room 1218) coming out the wall from a recessed area and the lamp plugged into it flickered every time I plugged something into it. The beds were not a quality I expected for the money. The room was listed about $300's/night, but the final bill was double that.
