  : Bed was very comfortable, lovely decor in the room and bathroom and more spacious than we expected of a room in NYC. Also it was only a 4 minute walk to Times Square but far enough to not hear all of the noise.
  : Do not waste your time on the breakfast. It was supposedly included in the room but the first morning we went downstairs, they only had 2 hot items on the menu and a very small selection of fruit and cereal. We were told that 1 of the 2 items was unavailable which was fine as we knew we got down there late that morning. The next morning we got up earlier to not miss out and it was pandemonium! No coffee available (people were trying to tip the hot jug to get any sort of remnants), no cereal or fruit available and we were told the hot items had run out so someone was on their way to the shop to purchase food for the Chef to cook. We waited for 30 minutes and still no food available, we were told the fruit was freshly cut yet none was ready, people were very hungry.I complained to the front desk who tried to give me a generic answer and were not very sympathetic. She took my room number down but we were not provided with any compensation. Later that day upon returning to the hotel, the staff I had complained to earlier were very salty and didn't greet us or make eye contact.They have an unusable fridge that's stocked up with their mini bar and if you move anything to pop your own things in the fridge, you get charged for that item. I was unable to put some medication that needed to be kept cold in the room fridge.

  : Don’t expect continental breakfast, it’s a scam. They serve you one toast with eggs, jam and bacon, and you can get croissant if you get early.
